Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate professional audio recording, mixing, and mastering equipment.
- Conduct recording sessions for voice-overs, music, sound effects, and other audio elements.
- Perform extensive audio editing, including dialogue clean-up, noise reduction, and sound synchronization.
- Mix and master multi-track audio projects to professional broadcast and distribution standards.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to understand and achieve desired sonic outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and maintain studio equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and calibration.
- Contribute to sound design, Foley recording, and the creation of custom audio assets.
- Stay current with industry trends, software, and hardware advancements in audio production.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an Audio Engineer in a studio setting.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Adobe Audition).
- Strong understanding of acoustics, signal flow, microphone techniques, and digital audio principles.
- Demonstrable experience in mixing and mastering for various media formats.
