Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all hotel areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and guest rooms.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and other surfaces regularly.
- Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and towels in public and staff areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to a streak-free standard.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., floor buffers, vacuum cleaners).
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Assist with specific deep cleaning projects as required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
