Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all hotel areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and guest rooms.
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and other surfaces regularly.
  • Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
  • Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and towels in public and staff areas.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to a streak-free standard.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., floor buffers, vacuum cleaners).
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed to supervisors immediately.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
  • Assist with specific deep cleaning projects as required.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.
