Key Responsibilities
- Assist delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and organizing items into and from delivery vehicles.
- Carefully handle packages and goods to prevent damage during transit and delivery to customers.
- Verify the accuracy of delivered items against delivery manifests and obtain customer signatures.
- Navigate delivery routes alongside drivers, assisting with directions and finding specific locations as needed.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, representing Career.zycto with a positive attitude.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle on a daily basis.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and traffic regulations during deliveries.
- Support the driver with basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide assistance in general warehouse tasks or sorting when not on delivery routes.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 25 kg) repeatedly.
- Excellent teamwork and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and customers.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic outdoor environment.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and a friendly demeanor.
- Adaptability to changing delivery schedules, routes, and varying weather conditions.
