Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards, procedures, and checklists.
- Change linen and make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure all areas are neat, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, polish surfaces, and clean mirrors, paying close attention to detail and hard-to-reach areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to supervision using established protocols.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, striving to exceed expectations and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and linen/supply storage rooms.
- Properly handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring their safe and efficient use.
- Inspect rooms for quality assurance after cleaning and before guest arrival, ensuring readiness for occupancy.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.

- Proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and push for extended periods throughout the shift.
