Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media strategy, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analyze social media campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign execution.
  • Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posting schedules.
  • Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and optimization.
  • Engage with online communities, build relationships with influencers, and foster brand advocacy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrable experience with social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
