Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
  • Provide expert fashion advice, product knowledge, and styling recommendations to clients.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional follow-up and relationship management.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique's presentation is always impeccable and appealing.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, ticketing, organizing, and replenishing stock.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends, competitor activities, and new product arrivals.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns/exchanges gracefully and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a fashion or luxury boutique setting.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and garment care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
