Career.zycto is actively seeking a diligent and motivated Beverage Bottling Support Attendant to join our client’s thriving production team in the Fox Creek area of Dieppe. This essential role is critical to the smooth operation of the beverage bottling line, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. As a Beverage Bottling Support Attendant, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, providing crucial support to bottling machine operators and contributing to the overall productivity and safety of the plant. Key Responsibilities
- Assist bottling machine operators with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Monitor bottling lines to ensure continuous and efficient production flow, reporting any anomalies promptly.
- Perform quality checks on bottles, labels, caps, and packaging to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Replenish supplies such as bottles, caps, labels, and packaging materials as needed on the production line.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Help with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products, including palletizing.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food/beverage.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Forklift operator certification (an asset).
