Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and general inquiries.
- Perform meticulous daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring impeccable presentation.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Assist with laundry services, including sorting, washing, ironing, folding, and distributing clean linen and guest items.
- Support food and beverage operations, which may include setting up dining areas, serving meals and beverages, and clearing tables.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate supervisor for resolution.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments (e.g., front desk, kitchen) to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management as necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while interacting with guests and colleagues.
