Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to prescribed standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, soap, and stationery.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- Assist with laundry duties and stock inventory of cleaning supplies.
