Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Career.zycto's software products and services to global clients.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to senior engineers or development teams when necessary.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and solutions accurately in our CRM and knowledge base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and internal documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide after-hours support for critical incidents, as needed.
  • Proactively identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement and development.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications, databases (SQL, NoSQL), and API integrations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
