Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with various motorcycle repair and maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic inspections, fluid changes (oil, coolant), and tire services (removal, installation).
- Clean, organize, and maintain the workshop area and tools to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Retrieve parts and supplies as needed for ongoing repairs.
- Document work performed accurately and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and best practices.
- Support the team in ensuring a high standard of customer service and vehicle care.
- Learn and apply new technical skills under the guidance of experienced mechanics.
Required Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of how machines work.
- Familiarity with common hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
