Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with various motorcycle repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform basic inspections, fluid changes (oil, coolant), and tire services (removal, installation).
  • Clean, organize, and maintain the workshop area and tools to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Retrieve parts and supplies as needed for ongoing repairs.
  • Document work performed accurately and assist with inventory management.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and best practices.
  • Support the team in ensuring a high standard of customer service and vehicle care.
  • Learn and apply new technical skills under the guidance of experienced mechanics.

Required Skills

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of how machines work.
  • Familiarity with common hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Good physical stamina, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience (personal or professional) in an automotive, powersports, or motorcycle repair setting.
  • Motorcycle endorsement on driver's license.
