Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, including loading and unloading from vehicles.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and room features.
  • Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval upon check-in and check-out.
  • Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining options, transportation, and general inquiries.
  • Deliver newspapers, mail, messages, and packages to guest rooms promptly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk area and lobby.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings at all times.
  • Assist physically challenged guests and those with special needs.
  • Run errands for guests or the hotel as required.
  • Report any guest complaints or unusual occurrences to the Front Office Manager immediately.
