Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Perform detailed variance analysis of actual financial results versus budget and forecast, providing clear explanations and actionable insights into key performance drivers.
- Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive financial models to aid in strategic decision-making, investment analysis, and business planning.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex financial data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential financial risks.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials for senior management and stakeholders, summarizing financial performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization to gather necessary financial data, understand operational drivers, and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and improve existing financial databases, reporting tools, and dashboards to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data, reports, and analyses, adhering to internal policies and financial regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (1.5+ years) in an FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis role, ideally within a dynamic corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling), for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of core financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and key accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous approach to data.
- High degree of accuracy and unwavering attention to detail in all financial tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively in a remote working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
