Key Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed test cases and test plans across various platforms and devices to identify software defects.
  • Document and report bugs clearly and concisely, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
  • Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand new features and ensure test coverage.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings, providing updates on testing progress and identified issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved and no new issues have been introduced.
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve product quality and user experience.
  • Stay current with industry best practices in software testing and remote collaboration tools.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
