Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, anticipating guest needs throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to confidently answer guest questions.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting for subsequent guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned for both day and night shifts.

- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and active listening abilities

- Basic mathematical skills for accurate order taking and bill processing
