Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead videographers and directors with camera setup, operation, and breakdown during shoots.
- Manage and organize all video production equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, audio gear, and accessories.
- Set up and tear down lighting and grip equipment as directed.
- Monitor and manage audio recording equipment, ensuring clear and high-quality sound capture.
- Support on-set logistics, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Assist with prop management and set dressing.
- Help with data wrangling and file organization post-shoot.
- Run errands related to production needs (e.g., picking up supplies, equipment rentals).
- Maintain accurate inventory of all video equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to achieve project goals.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of camera operation and video production principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
