Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer outreach personalization strategies across various digital channels (SMS, email, in-app, push notifications, social media).
- Analyze customer data, behaviors, and preferences to identify key segments and uncover opportunities for hyper-personalization.
- Design, test, and optimize A/B multivariate campaigns to improve engagement rates, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop dynamic and personalized messaging that resonates with specific customer segments.
- Work closely with data scientists and analytics teams to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and report on key KPIs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in personalization, customer experience, and digital marketing.
- Ensure all outreach activities comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Provide strategic guidance to product, marketing, and sales teams on personalization opportunities.
- Manage and utilize personalization platforms and CRM tools effectively to automate and scale initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in customer outreach, digital marketing, or CRM with a strong focus on personalization.
- Demonstrable expertise in developing and implementing data-driven personalization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-backed decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot).
- Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and lifecycle management.
- Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in the telecommunications or mobile technology industry.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer behavior in Zimbabwe.
