Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&R team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update artist databases, contact lists, and project trackers with meticulous accuracy.
- Process and log demo submissions, ensuring timely review and feedback from A&R executives.
- Assist with the preparation of contracts, deal memos, and other legal documentation, liaising with legal teams as required.
- Manage expenses and invoices for the A&R department, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate logistics for studio sessions, showcases, and promotional events.
- Act as a primary point of contact for artists, managers, and external partners, handling inquiries professionally.
- Conduct research on emerging artists, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive artist and company information.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within the music, entertainment, or media industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
