Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals and talent development needs.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from conceptualization and content creation to delivery and post-training evaluation.
  • Utilize a blended learning approach, incorporating e-learning, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job training.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create relevant and engaging learning content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement.
  • Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to optimize employee development.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
  • Manage external vendor relationships for specialized training programs and resources.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a flexible work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
  • Experience with performance management systems and talent analytics.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
  • Experience in a consulting or fast-paced professional services environment.
