Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scanning and digitizing physical documents into various digital formats.
  • Accurately categorize, index, and tag digital files according to established protocols.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all digital records.
  • Maintain and update digital filing systems regularly.
  • Assist with data entry and verification processes as needed.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies regarding data management and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify and resolve basic filing discrepancies or issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in digital archiving software and best practices.
