Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product information.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
