Beyond sales, you will also play a crucial role in assisting clients with their claims, ensuring a smooth, empathetic, and efficient resolution process during their time of need. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential clients to present and sell a diverse range of insurance products, including life, health, auto, property, and business insurance.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client circumstances, financial goals, and risk profiles, recommending tailored insurance solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining an extensive client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement initiatives within Thompson Town and surrounding areas.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Preparing and presenting professional proposals, quotes, and policy summaries to clients, clearly explaining terms, conditions, and benefits.
  • Assisting clients with the claims process, providing guidance, collecting necessary documentation, liaising with adjusters, and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Educating clients on policy details, coverage limits, exclusions, and the importance of regular policy reviews.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Adhering strictly to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical guidelines in all sales and claims activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress using CRM systems.
