Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, building strong relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
- Assist customers with styling advice, product selection, and fittings, demonstrating a deep understanding of current fashion trends and merchandise.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, including merchandising displays, tidiness, and stock replenishment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, tagging, and organizing stock, and assist with periodic stock counts.
- Actively participate in promotional events, sales initiatives, and product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product arrivals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and brands.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
