Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per menu specifications and recipes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients.
  • Monitor food inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Assistant Cook in a restaurant or hotel setting.
