Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time technical support to instructors and participants during virtual training sessions.
  • Manage and configure virtual classroom environments (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and breakout rooms.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues related to audio, video, connectivity, and software access.
  • Prepare, upload, and organize training materials on our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Monitor participant engagement and address general inquiries or direct them to appropriate resources.
  • Assist with pre-session checks, including presenter readiness and technical setup.
  • Collect feedback post-training for continuous improvement of virtual delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.

Required Skills
