Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections of the property, including plumbing, electrical systems, and common areas.
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., painting, carpentry, unclogging drains, changing light bulbs).
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects (e.g., HVAC, major electrical, plumbing).
