Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate loan applications, financial statements, and credit histories to assess creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
  • Prepare comprehensive loan proposals and present recommendations to management for approval.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and financial advisory.
  • Monitor loan portfolios regularly, ensuring timely repayments and proactively managing any potential delinquencies.
  • Cross-sell other bank products and services to clients where appropriate, enhancing customer value and bank profitability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal bank policies, credit guidelines, and relevant regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on loan activities, portfolio performance, and market trends.
  • Participate in community engagement activities to promote financial literacy and NMB Bank's presence.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
