Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities continuously to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies, administering first aid and CPR as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the pool deck, changing rooms, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Perform routine checks of pool chemical levels and equipment functionality, reporting any issues promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide clear instructions, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Report any maintenance requirements, safety hazards, or unusual incidents to the management.
- Organize and properly store pool equipment, including safety gear and recreational items.
