Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML models and algorithms to solve specific business problems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform extensive data exploration, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering to prepare large and complex datasets for model training.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras) based on project requirements and scalability needs.
- Develop robust and scalable AI solutions, from proof-of-concept to production deployment, ensuring optimal model performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed AI models in production environments, including performance tuning, recalibration, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning research, evaluating new technologies and methodologies for potential application.
- Clearly communicate complex AI concepts, methodologies, technical challenges, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of ethical AI guidelines and best practices within the organization, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI applications.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with extensive experience in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of core machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning architectures like CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Proven experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and rigorous model evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in using cloud AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, Microsoft Azure ML) for model development and deployment.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a highly analytical mindset.

- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for deploying, monitoring, and managing machine learning models in production at scale.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for model deployment.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), or time series analysis techniques.
- Certifications in relevant AI/ML platforms or technologies.
