Key Responsibilities
- Supervise candidates during examinations to ensure fair play and adherence to rules and regulations.
- Distribute and collect examination papers and related materials accurately and securely at designated times.
- Verify candidate identities against official registers and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide clear, concise instructions to candidates at the start of each exam session.
- Maintain a quiet, orderly, and conducive examination environment, minimizing all potential disruptions.
- Respond professionally to candidate queries in strict accordance with established examination guidelines.
- Report any suspected malpractice, irregularities, or emergencies promptly and accurately to the Senior Invigilator or relevant authority.
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks, including accurate attendance registers and detailed incident reports.
- Ensure all examination materials are securely handled and accounted for before, during, and after the exam.
- Adhere strictly to all data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding protocols.
