Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP systems and related network components.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of VoIP service issues, including call quality, connectivity, and feature functionality.

- Document system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in the testing and evaluation of new VoIP hardware and software.

Required Skills
