Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide aftercare advice.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
- Actively promote and sell retail products, advising clients on suitable homecare regimes.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques through continuous professional development.

Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in a spa or salon environment.
- Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments (facials, massage, waxing, nails).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client care and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for health, beauty, and well-being.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced facial techniques (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels).
