Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling, providing reminders as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain the waiting area and common spaces, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with relevant information.
- Organize and maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support clinic staff with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and clinic forms, placing orders when necessary.
- Provide basic information to patients regarding clinic services, hours, and procedures.
- Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and other departments.
- Monitor and manage clinic email correspondence, responding promptly to non-medical inquiries.
