Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise, verifying against purchase orders and invoices.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain appealing product displays on the sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and assist with regular stock counts and audits.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all products, paying special attention to perishable goods.
- Assist in preparing merchandise for return or transfer as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom, receiving areas, and sales floor.
- Operate basic store equipment safely, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating products and answering basic inquiries.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and company policies and procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
