Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, informative, and entertaining tours for individuals and groups in and around Montego Bay.
- Share in-depth knowledge of Jamaican history, culture, natural environment, and local attractions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Manage tour logistics, including scheduling, transportation coordination, and adherence to itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the diverse interests and physical capabilities of different groups.
