Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate car wash services.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
- Perform thorough pre-wash preparations, including vacuuming, pre-soaking, and bug removal.
- Manually wash, rinse, and dry vehicle exteriors with attention to detail, ensuring a spot-free finish.
- Apply waxes, tire shine, and other finishing products as per service packages.
- Clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows, if required by service level.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including equipment and work areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
