Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, including order tracking, product information, returns, exchanges, and account management.
- Utilize internal systems and knowledge bases to access and relay relevant information to customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring a smooth hand-off.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, consistently aiming to exceed expectations in every interaction.

Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills, with impeccable grammar and spelling.

- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.

- Previous experience in a remote customer service or chat support role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
- Experience within the retail or e-commerce industry.
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
