Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs and offering customized recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, articulating the value of Career.zycto's services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term client loyalty.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate effectively with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Manage and meticulously update CRM systems with accurate client information, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, client feedback, and competitive analysis to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline effectively, and also collaborate as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
