Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging written, image, and video content.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to strategy.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to measure campaign performance and inform future content decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, design, marketing) to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar.
- Identify and implement influencer marketing opportunities where relevant.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
