Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of IT infrastructure specialists.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
- Develop and execute strategic IT infrastructure roadmaps aligning with business goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee comprehensive system monitoring, performance tuning, and robust incident response procedures.
- Manage key vendor relationships and skillfully negotiate contracts for IT services, hardware, and software.
