Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner, providing exceptional service and building rapport.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Present and sell a wide range of luxury fashion items, including apparel, accessories, and footwear, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, brand stories, product features, and inventory levels.
- Ensure the boutique's visual merchandising standards are consistently met, creating an inviting and attractive shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new shipments, organizing stock, and performing regular stock counts.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up calls, personalized communication, and invitations to exclusive events.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and effectively, upholding brand reputation.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1.5 years (18 months) experience in fashion retail sales, preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, fabrics, and brands.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping clients find their perfect look.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
