As a Public Event Crowd Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing attendee flow, providing directions, and ensuring a positive and secure environment for everyone. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct event attendees with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Monitor crowd movement and flow to prevent congestion and ensure smooth navigation throughout event areas.
  • Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, facilities, and points of interest.
  • Act as a first point of contact for attendee inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Identify and report any potential security risks, hazards, or suspicious activities to appropriate event staff.
  • Assist in managing entry and exit points, ensuring adherence to event guidelines and capacity limits.
  • Collaborate effectively with event organizers, security personnel, and other team members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by being aware of surroundings and reporting any issues.
  • Provide basic first aid assistance or direct attendees to medical services if needed (training provided if necessary).
  • Assist with setup and breakdown tasks as required, ensuring a seamless event experience.
