Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients under supervision.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling and storage of food.
- Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks and plating meals as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining, and serving areas.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and monitoring expiry dates.
