Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, and necessary adjustments.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients initiating insurance claims, providing guidance and support.
- Collect and verify all required documentation for claims submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise effectively with internal claims adjusters and external parties to facilitate prompt claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and claim statuses using CRM systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
