Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive client review packs, including valuations, performance reports, and policy summaries.
  • Process new business applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date client records within our CRM system, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Handle client correspondence, including letters, emails, and phone calls, professionally and promptly.
  • Liaise with product providers to obtain policy information, illustrations, and application updates.
  • Manage advisor diaries, schedule client meetings, and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and general office support to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
