Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers and explaining deviations from budget/forecast.
- Support the creation of management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Maintain and develop financial models for various business scenarios and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and understand business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reports and analyses.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a finance or accounting role, ideally with exposure to FP&A.
