Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform visual inspections of products for quality assurance before, during, and after packaging.
- Accurately count, weigh, and label packaged items according to batch and order specifications.
- Ensure all packaged products meet company and regulatory standards for quality, presentation, and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to hygiene and safety protocols (e.g., GMP guidelines).
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing packaging materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns promptly to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with other production team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain workflow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Complete necessary production documentation and logs accurately and on time.
