Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing onboarding documentation and new hire packets.
- Coordinate orientation schedules, including booking meeting rooms and sending invitations.
- Support new hires with initial paperwork completion and system access requests.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees, answering basic questions and directing them to appropriate resources.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and materials.
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education (diploma/degree) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and Portuguese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
