Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and talent acquisition needs.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of Career.zycto's services and platform.
- Monitor client health, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, recruiting, and technical teams to resolve client issues and deliver tailored solutions efficiently.
- Educate clients on new product features, service enhancements, and best practices to maximize their success.
- Track and report on key client success metrics, contributing to team goals and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry events and networking opportunities as needed.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
