Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall R&D strategy, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Oversee the entire R&D lifecycle from concept generation and prototyping to testing and integration.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and market trends relevant to our industry.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and project timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of innovations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Establish and maintain strong intellectual property practices and policies.

- Present R&D progress, findings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and the executive board.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines in all research activities.
Required Skills
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software development or technology R&D.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing R&D or engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and bring new products/features to market.
- Strong understanding of modern software architectures, cloud platforms, and data analytics.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
